I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were overlooking the park, which was a lovely surprise, and having a mini kitchen was a great unexpected bonus. However, I do have to say it was a bit overpriced.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect for exploring the Cape, with easy access to ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette and a nice size TV. The dining experience was basic but fresh, with some generic items. However, the regional jams were a nice touch. The property is right near the ferry to Nantucket, which is very convenient.
